Yume Wish is the founder of this wishacy, trying to get by in the quiet community of Twinbrook. Her name Yume means 'dream' in Japanese, giving her the name 'dream wish'. It is also a corruption of 'you may wish' - rather fitting for the founder, don't you think?

Yes, Twinbrook. We seem to have fixed whatever was poisoning the water, so the townspeople are much more acceptable looking than usual. There are also a couple of newcomers wandering the streets.
